Return Policy

Jewels & Diamonds guarantees your satisfaction on all merchandise or we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be postmarked within (14) days of receipt and returned in original condition, along with any associated documents, certificates, and a copy of original sales receipt. Please call (352) 621-4653 for a return authorization number. Any questions about our merchandise or return procedures, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returning Merchandise

To return a piece of jewelry or merchandise to Jewels & Diamonds, please follow these three simple instructions:

  1. If within the U.S., call (352) 621-4653 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.
  2. Place ALL original packaging in the box, including ANY associated documents, certificates and a copy of the original sales receipt. For security reasons, DO NOT write Jewels & Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box. Simply return to:

  3. Ship box with any carrier.
    *Item less than $500.00: Ship the fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached J & D.

    **Item over $500.00: Ship the item fully insured via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached J & D. UPS shipper MUST buy additional insurance to cover value of contents in shipments.

Once your return is received, items(s) will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. You will receive your refund within 15 business days.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Jewels & Diamonds), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return.

Jewels & Diamonds will not be responsible for loss or damaged return shipments. All shipments MUST be insured by shipper.
