All merchandise must be postmarked within (14) days of receipt and returned in original condition, along with any associated documents, certificates, and a copy of original sales receipt. Once your return is received, items(s) will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. You will receive your refund within 15 business days. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Jewels & Diamonds), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Jewels & Diamonds will not be responsible for loss or damaged return shipments. All shipments MUST be insured by shipper. |
