Returning Merchandise for On-line Sales
To return a piece of jewelry or merchandise to Jewels & Diamonds, please follow these three simple instructions:
- If within the U.S., call (352) 621-4653 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.
- Place ALL original packaging in the box, including ANY associated documents, certificates and a copy of the original sales receipt. Items shipped with security tags must still have intact security tags for the return to be accepted. For security reasons, DO NOT write Jewels & Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box. - Ship box with any carrier. We are only responsible for the item once it has been received by us. We recommend that you send the package with delivery confirmation and insurance to cover the cost of the item you are returning.
Once your return is received, items(s) will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. You will receive your refund within 15 business days.
Any unauthorized or improperly packaged items will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Items with the security tags removed or altered with also not be accepted for return.
Jewels & Diamonds will not be responsible for loss or damaged return shipments. All shipments MUST be insured by shipper.
